Account information. When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials.

Content you create. Notes, meeting records, 1:1 entries, interview notes, tasks, and other content you enter into FlowHero.

Usage data. How you interact with the product — pages visited, features used, session duration — to help us improve FlowHero.

Device and technical data. Browser type, operating system, IP address, and similar technical identifiers collected automatically.

We use your information to operate and improve FlowHero, authenticate you, provide customer support, and send product updates (which you can opt out of at any time).

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your content to train AI models or share it with third parties for advertising purposes.

FlowHero's AI features are powered by Claude, developed by Anthropic. When you use an AI agent, relevant content from your workspace (such as notes or meeting records) may be sent to Anthropic's API to generate a response.

Anthropic processes this data in accordance with their own privacy policy and API usage policies. We only send the minimum context needed for each AI request. We do not use your data to train Anthropic's models.

Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to production data is restricted to authorised personnel.

No system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your data and will notify you promptly if a breach occurs that affects your information.

You may access, export, or delete your data at any time from your account settings. You may also request that we delete your account and all associated data by contacting hello@flowhero.ai.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the UK, or California, you may have additional rights under GDPR, UK GDPR, or CCPA. Contact us to exercise any of these rights.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and maintain your session. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect product functionality.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a notice within the product. Continued use of FlowHero after a change constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
