Terms of Service

By accessing or using FlowHero at flowhero.ai or the FlowHero application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and FlowHero ("we", "our", or "us").

FlowHero is a productivity workspace for engineering leaders. It provides tools for task management, meeting notes, 1:1 tracking, interview notes, and AI-powered assistance.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.

You must create an account to use FlowHero. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate information when registering. You may not use another person's account or create an account on behalf of someone else without authorisation. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

You agree to use FlowHero only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the Service to store or transmit unlawful, harmful, or offensive content
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or other users' accounts
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code
• Use the Service in a way that could damage or impair its performance
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service without our written consent

FlowHero's AI features are powered by Claude (Anthropic). AI-generated output — including performance review drafts, interview summaries, and meeting preparation — is provided as a starting point and is not professional, legal, or HR advice.

You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-generated content before acting on it. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI outputs for any particular purpose.

You retain ownership of all content you create in FlowHero, including notes, meeting records, and other workspace data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to store and process your content solely to provide the Service to you.

You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate the rights of others or any applicable laws.

The FlowHero name, logo, product design, and all related intellectual property are owned by us. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, trade names, or branding without our express written permission.

FlowHero offers a free tier. Paid plans, if applicable, are billed in accordance with the pricing presented at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law or stated otherwise at checkout.

We reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of a paid plan after a price change constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlowHero shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100 if you are on a free plan.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Sections relating to intellectual property, liability, and governing law survive termination.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which FlowHero operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or by a notice within the product at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
